Debris in yard must be cleaned up. 2 . Both chimneys are in need of repair or replacement. 3. Gutters and downspouts also in need of repairs. Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken against you. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation regarding this matter. I hope to do some extensive repairs when the loan is approved, including necessary repairs to the chimney.
