RE: 23 Cross Street
Dear Jane:
Due to a complaint received by the Neighborhood Improvement Task Force, I
conducted an inspection and found the following violations:
1 . Debris in yard must be cleaned up.
2 . Both chimneys are in need of repair or replacement.
3. Gutters and downspouts also in need of repairs.
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify
these violations. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken
against you.
Thank you for your anticipated cooperation regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Thomas St. Pierre

Dear Mr. St. Pierre;
Pursuant to your letter of May 15, 1998, please be advised that I have an application in
for a Home Improvement Loan with the Planning Department at this time and am on a
waiting list. I hope to do some extensive repairs when the loan is approved, including
necessary repairs to the chimney. I am having some emergency roof repairs done now
and will contract the roofers to remove all accumulated trash when they clean up their
work.
