• Replace one (1) wood 1/1 window on third story with new Marvin Ultimate 1/1 window per attached
image with the following conditions:
o New window to match all dimensions of existing window including width and height of glazing
(glass) and match color of windows on building; and
o All exterior trim of window to remain intact.
Upon completion of above approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is
required to document compliance with this Certificate.
