For this reason,I am requesting:

Ltqej A Special Permit under Section Section 3.3.5 of the Zoning Ordinance in order to Section 3.3.5 requires a Special Permit to alter
and enlarge this non-conforming 1-family structure to a 2-family structure and use,by removing the existing garage and constructing a
second dwelling which is physically connected to the existing structure.

hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
