Dear Owners,
Our office along with Fire Prevention have tried multiple times via telephone and email
to communicate and schedule an inspection regarding the installation of an ESS system that was
installed without proper permits and authorization. It was communicated by Susan Patterson on
February 9,2023 that the ESS system would be removed, and new plans along with a permit
would be submitted, at this time neither office has received such plans or permit applications.
A required inspection is scheduled for Wednesday February 14,2024 at 10:00
A.M. Per Mass State Building.Code 780 C.M.R. Sec 104.1 and 104.6-Right of Entry.
This inspection will be conducted by Building and Fire Inspectors.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter to discuss
this matter. Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance, and such
will result in violations and fines.
If you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and
Standards in Boston.
