The Salem Board of Health has attempted to contact the occupant of 8A Herbert Street
Unit 2, by phone, several times to schedule a re-inspection of the dwelling unit. The
purpose of the re-inspection is to follow-up a housing inspection that was conducted in
November 2023. Please contact Jeffrey Barosy, Sanitarian, at the Salem Board of
Health's office contact 978-741-1800 to schedule a re-inspection. Failure to do so will
result in the closing of this case without further action.
