Complaint: Upon inspection of the above referenced property the following were noted:
there is an overflowing dumpster with rubbish on the ground and home furniture located on the
side alley of this property. Remove furniture and rubbish from the ground and store properly
until disposal and keep dumpster and bin lids close at all times: property must be maintained in a
clean, sanitary manner and kept free of trash and other debris as this may attract rodents.
• A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this matter will result in a
monetary citation.
