Complaint: Upon inspection of the above referenced property the following were noted:
there are multiple trash bags on the ground, multiple furniture items and over flowing trash
barrels located in the front at this property. Trash bags and furniture items must be removed from
the ground in the front and stored properly until disposal: property must be maintained in a clean,
sanitary manner and kept free of trash and other debris as this may attract rodents.
• A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this matter will result in a
monetary citation.
