Based upon a tenant complaint a permitted inspection was conducted in
accordance with Article II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon
Inspection the following were noted:
24 Hours .351 Bathtub and sink located in the bathroom gets clogged when water starts to run.
Fix and repair bathtub and sink so that they drain well and are in good working
order. Owner has 24 hours to start making good-faith effort to correct violation.
5 Days .500 Kitchen pantry and bedroom to the right has wet stains in the ceiling and cracks
are forming. Fix and repair leak and ceiling then paint. Owner has 5 days to start
making good-faith effort to correct violation.
24 Hours .201 Thermostat inside unit was set at 70°F but the house temperature was at 64.4°F.
Owner shall provide heat in every habitable room to at least 68°F between 7am
and 11 pm and at least 64°F between 11:01pm and 6:59 am every day from
September 16th - June 14th. Owner has 24 hours to correct violation.

occupant(s)
