You are hereby ORDERED to make a good-faith effort to correct the violations listed on the enclosed inspection report and to take all positive action to prevent these violations from occurring again in the future. Upon Inspection the following were noted: 24 Hours .201 Heat inside unit with oven and space heaters going is currently at 66.2°F. Minimum heat requirement is 680F from the hours of 7am to 11 pm. Owner is to repair or replace heating unit so that it's working as intended. Owner has 24 hours to correct violation. 24 Hours .482 (A) Smoke detector inside unit is constantly chirping and smoke and carbon combo detector is falling off ceiling currently being held by tape. Repair or replace detectors so that they are working as intended. Owner has 24 hours to correct violation.
