Complaint: Upon inspection of the above referenced property the following were noted: there are multiple black trash bags and a couple windows located on the driveway at this property.
All trash bags and windows must be removed from the driveway and stored properly until disposal: property must be maintained in a clean, sanitary manner and kept free of trash and other
debris as this may attract rodents.
A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this matter will result in a monetary citation.
