Complaint: Upon inspection of the above referenced property the following were noted: there is a lamp, multiple couch cushions, couple chairs and a desk and other rubbish located on
the porch and driveway at this property. Lamp, cushions, chairs, desk and other rubbish must be removed from the porch and driveway and stored properly until disposal: property must
be maintained in a clean, sanitary manner and kept free of trash and other debris as this may attract rodents.
A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this matter will result in a monetary citation.
