property. Futon frame and mattress along with furniture items must be removed from the front and stored properly until disposal: property must be maintained in a clean, sanitary manner
and kept free of trash and other debris as this may attract rodents.
A continuation of this violation or any other violation of this matter will result in a monetary citation.
