Based upon a tenant complaint a permitted inspection was conducted in accordance with Article II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon Inspection the following were noted:

AC unit leaks and causes the rug underneath to be wet and damp. Repair AC unit so it works as intended and clean rug so that it’s in good repair. Owner has 24 hours to correct violation.
