Dear Sir/Madam:
In reference to the letter dated July 10, 2023, ordering you to cease and desist
operation of your short-term rentals at the above referenced property and to pay a fine
of$14,700 the City of Salem has reviewed your request to reduce this fine and decided
to reduce the fine by half.
Therefore, you are required to pay a fine of$7,350.00 within 10 days of receipt of this
letter.
