Investigate-Received a call from DEP regarding a small leak 10-15 gallons of a 25 gallon tank of#6 fuel between Tank B3 and B4.The leak is
contained,no leak into any water source,the plant is working to clean up the spill.No additional response needed by FD or DEP.

ADC Monahan Note:Leak of#6 fuel oil was discovered at 06:15 7/1/13 by a party checking on sound of a steam leak.Leak was of residual oil in a
dead pipeline located in a pipe trench.Leak size approximately 10 gallons or less and was contained at either end by"sausages"by plant workers.
Leak was not flowing but was pooled in two spots.Workers were setting up to plug leak with a band and Triumverate was the company notified for
cleanup.Confined space team not needed on scene.On scene plant personnel were Kevin Cornacchio and Robert Derosier.
