• Replace existing electric meter with new large meter box with shutoff on rear (north) elevation. Meter box,
conduit and weatherhead to be painted to match underlying house colors. Abandoned wiring and fittings to
be removed to the extent possible.
NOTE: Remaining application items (rear door, AC condensers, HVAC flue vent, gutters) are continued to the next
Historical Commission meeting on January 17, 2024.
