Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Salem Redevelopment Authority will be held on Wednesday, August 9,
2023, at 6:00 p.m. via remote participation in accordance with Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023.
No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but the public can listen and or view
this meeting while in progress via the remote participation platform Zoom, through any one of the following
ways:

Members of the public attending this meeting will be allowed to make comments if they wish to do so,
during the portion of the meeting designated for public comment. If you would like to make a comment,
please use the ‘Raise Hand’ feature; if you are dialing in, please press *9 to raise your hand. The Chair of the
Authority, with the assistance of City Staff, will provide all participants who have raised their hands with an
opportunity to speak.

Approval of Minutes
1. July 12, 2023
Executive Session
To review and approve draft minutes from the June 14, 2023, Executive Session. These minutes represent Board
discussion of WinnDevelopment’s request to partner with Urban Smart Growth (USG) for the historic restoration,
redevelopment, and reuse of the two court buildings at 32-34 Federal Street if the Chair determines that an open
meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
Chair entertains a motion to enter into Executive Session and states whether or not the Board will reconvene in Open
Session at the conclusion of the Executive Session
