uses in the R-2 District.
For this reason,I am requesting:
true Variance(s)from provisions of Section 5.1.5 and 5.1.6(Off-Street Parking Design)of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from
Driveway and aisle will only be 11'wide,where a minimum of 12'is required for this driveway,which will be used primarily for overnight
parking with incidental daytime use,one parking space is only 18'long,being 1 foot less that the 19'require..

Ordinance in order to Petition seeks to alter a nonconforming structure by adding a second dwelling in the bottom level of the structure,
with no exterior work or expansion of the existing building footprint.

constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
