set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Repair exterior clapboards and trim inkind as needed;
Alter building exterior per attached drawings by Helen F. Sides Arch LLC. These changes include but are
not limited to the following:
• Demolish chimney on rear ell;
• Alter location of some existing window openings to increase fenestration symmetry;
• For new window openings, Applicant to utilize salvaged wood sash that matches existing window sash
as closely as possible;
• Applicant to provide final details of window fabrication to the Commission for review and approval
prior to installation.
NOTE: Review of paint colors has been continued to the November 15, 2023 meeting
Upon completion of approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-
off of Certificate.
