set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

Install two vents:
• 4” square louvered wall vent centered above first story narrow bathroom window. Vent to
be painted to match building wall color.
• Steel vent cap on east roof slope. Location of new vent to be as follows:
o Right (north) of existing plumbing pipe on roof, equal the distance of existing roof
vent to the pipe;
o Bottom edge of new vent cap to align with bottom edge of existing roof vent.
Roof vent cap to be black to match color of roof shingles.
NOTE: Applicant to submit new application for work already completed, including window trim and
paint colors.
Upon completion of approved work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-
off of Certificate.
