Other than the stairway,there will be no expansion of the building footprint. There will be legally conforming parking for at least 5 cars on-site(2 for first-floor office and 3 for the 2 dwelling units @ 1.5 spaces per dwelling unit). The only change in the building footprint is the small area wher the exterior stairway will sit. Also,approval of the use of the driveway 11.5 feet wide is required. For this reason,I am requesting: true Variance(s)from provisions of Section Section 4.1.1 (maximum lot coverage by all buildings,Section 4.1 (10'minimum side yard width,if applicable),and Section 5.1.5(6)(b)to use existing driveway of about 11.5 feet in width which is slightly less than the 12'width required for driveway which is primarily used to provide for overnight parking.of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from The Ordinance requires a minimum side yard width of 10 feet,a maximum lot coverage by all buildings of 25%, and a driveways width of 12 feet where the driveway is used primarily for overnight parking.
