• Replace first and second floor bathroom windows on north elevation of building. Both windows are
located in between the 2 houses (14 & 12 Kosciusko Street), in an alley and not visible from the street.
Both new windows will be the same in design, 1 over 1.
This certificate is for replacement of window sash only. No changes to trim are allowed.
There will be no changes in color, material, design, location or outward appearance. Non-Applicable due to
being not visible from the public way.
Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
