SUMMARY:
A visit was made to the above noted project to inspect the cold formed steel framing. The roof parapet
framing and front entry walls, canopy and rough openings. The installation of the cold formed framing
is found to be in general conformance with the executive building systems drawings. A few items remain
to be installed.
1. Bridging/Spazzer bars within 12" of top of walls.
2. Rough opening bottom clip screws on top deflection clips.
3. Manufacturer supplied screws on to deflection.
Work is on going.
GENERAL REMARKS: These test results/observations were related to Chris Benton prior to departure.
