Two Months have passed since my letter instructing you to secure a Building Permit and to begin refilling the
trench between 149 and 155 Derby. To date ,you have not appealed my order to the B.B.R.S ,nor has a
building permit been applied for.
Enclosed, find a citation for$100 dollars for the Building Code violation. ( 780 CMR section 105—Permits
and 780 CMR ,section 116 Unsafe structures-) Each day constitutes another violation. If you have any
questions, you may contact me directly.
