This office has received and confirmed a complaint about shrubbery and low hanging branches obstructing the
sidewalk adjacent to your property. City Ordinance 38-9 requires owners to keep shrubbery of the sidewalk and
branches to be at least seven feet above the sidewalk.
You are directed to correct this situation within ten days of receipt of this notice. Failure to correct this will
