Dear Homeowner
Our office received a complaint about excessive construction debris located at 7 Nightingale Lane
and also being put in the trash. An inspection of the exterior property on Wednesday March 22, 2023
confirmed the construction debris. Our records show that there are no Building, Plumbing or
Electrical permits. A required inspection will be conducted by Building, and Plumbing inspectors.
This inspection is scheduled for Wednesday March 29,202310:00 a.m.
. Per Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R. Section R 104.1 and under provisions 780 CMR Section
104.6- Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to the property must be granted for the
purpose of this inspection.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter to discuss this
matter. Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance, and such will
result in violations and fines.
If you feel aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and
Standards in Boston.
