Re Recreational vessel parked at 39 Summit Ave-City Ordinance 24-21.1
To whom may concern,
We have received and confirmed a violation of City Ordinance 24-21.1. A Boat on a trailer has been parked
along the lot line and not ten feet away as required by the attached Ordinance. The Boat and trailer also need to
belong to a person who resides at this address. . Please relocate the boat to be in compliance and also provide
registration information regarding the address of the owner of the vessel. I am including a ticket which I will
abate if you are able to comply by Tuesday Morning, January 31. If you have any questions,please contact me
