The property is in violation of CMR 780 Sec.]02.8. as there are numerous building and safety violations. 1) The exterior front staircase is unsafe and not accessible. 2) The exterior side staircase rotted and is unsafe. 3) All bedroom emergency egress windows are blocked this is a violation of CMR 780 1030.1 4) Front interior egress not accessible. 5) Side interior door limited accessibility not to code. 6) No smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, violation of CMR 907.2.11.1 7) The front window is rotted and is not structurally safe. 8) The soffit in most areas is rotted and contains large openings. 9) The basement ceiling is falling and not safe. 10)The basement is full of items with no clear paths and surrounding mechanical equipment. 11) Storage under egress staircase in the basement. Due to safety and Building Code violations I have revoked the occupancy of the building. You are directed to have a licensed professional submit a permit to correct all building, electrical,plumbing, and Fire violations. Once all violations are corrected, pass inspection and the building is safe to occupy, a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
