OBSERVATIONS:
This report follows a site visit to test the earthwork for floor slab base.
The performance of this earthwork was completed prior to arrival and was not observed by JTS. The
section of the floor slab base appeared dry, compacted and stable. Twelve field density tests were
performed in accordance with the ASTM D6938 Nuclear Dencometer method of testing. The field density
test results were found to be in excess of 95€ relative compaction of the MDD derived from the modified
proctor test (ASTM D1557) . The field density test results are in conformance with project
specifications. These observations/testing results were reported to Mr. Benton during this visit. Areas
reviewed and/or tested were based on elevations, stakeouts or work limits provided by others and were
not independently confirmed by JTS.
