Dear Sir/Madam,
This is an addendum for the sound meter readings taken at 51 Canal Street on October
12, 2023. The inspector from Salem Board of Health attempted to take sound meter
readings starting at 5:00pm at Prestige Car Wash. Files S034 and S035 were taken at
15 Ropes Street's property line, but for both recordings the car wash's blowers did not
turn on. The inspector did not erase these files because he was unsure if they would be
of value despite having no data with the sound source on. The inspector will have the
Massachusetts Department of Environmental Health determine the value of these
sound meter readings.
