Applicant's Description of Work:This work will replace worn shutters on the northeast (Hardy-side),
northwest (Derby-side), and southeast (opposite-Hardy-side) sides of the
building. In total, ten shutters will be replaced at street level, ten shutters
on the second floor, and eight shutters on the third floor, each set sized to
match existing shutters at each level. Replacement shutters will be
"Stationary Slat Brosco Layout Primed Wood Blinds" in the attached catalog
page. Replacement shutters will be painted to match existing shutters.
Please note that the photos of "existing conditions" show the existing
shutters in place, but most of the shutters in question are currently
removed for house painting.
