RE: Please note 44 Buffum Street (Parcel ID 27-0082-0) which is currently a 2-Family dwelling unit for FY24) will be converted into two residential condo units for FY25:
44 Buffum Street Unit 1 (Parcel ID 27-0082-801) and
44 Buffum Street Unit 2 (Parcel ID 27-0082-802)
This change will not take effect in the Assessing Department until the start of the Fiscal Year 2025 which begins on July 1st 2024.
