Dear Sir,
This letter is to confirm that on September 23, 2023, the occupant, Kelsey Stiefel, of 32
Ward Street Unit 1 F informed the inspector, Jeffrey Barosy, over the phone that she has
moved out of the unit. The case involving the housing complaints made by the former
occupants has been closed.
Per city ordinance, the owner of 32 Ward Street is to acquire a Certificate of Fitness for
Unit 1 F prior to new occupancy.
