RE: Donald Boyle
Dear Leo:
Enclosed herewith please find copies of correspondence from ITT Hartford. ITT
Hartford represents the City of Salem in a claim brought by Donald Boyle. As you may
recall, several months ago I met with you to discuss repairs to a dock. It appears clear to
all concerned that the injury that Mr. Boyle sustained was at the end of the pier and has
been marked in yellow by the insurance agent. I have also included one original
photograph to show the newer wood at the end of the pier. Would you kindly check your
records to see when and if the City of Salem made this repair. Please do not lose the
original photograph since I would like to return it to the insurance carrier.
Very truly yours,
Leonard . Femino
