RE trash enclosure-zoning Board
Dear Trustees,
As you are aware, your association came to the Zoning Board more than a year ago and were denied your
request for the trash enclosure. Today ,the enclosure remains and may even be on City property. Either way,
you have ignored the ZBA decision and enclosed find a Ticket for$300. Each Day the violation remains
constitutes another violation. Failure to remedy the situation will result in further enforcement actions and daily
fines. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal of the enforcement action will be the Zoning
Board of Appeals and after that, Superior Court. If you have any questions, c ontact me directly.
