Dear Ms. George,
This Department has received a complaint regarding a living quarters being constructed in the basement of your
two unit condo building. No permits are on record . Per the Mass State Building Code 780 CMR. Section R
109 a"Required Inspection"has been setup for Thursday ,December 0l, at 3:00. All areas of the basement
must be available for inspection. Failure to arrange this Inspection will constitute a Building Code violation. ,
with associated fines. Each day will constitute a new violation.
If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your Appeal is to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and Standards
in Boston.
