Enclosed,please find a ticket for Building code violation . You were issued a letter directing you to hire a
licensed, Architect, Construction Supervisor or Engineer to inspect and to secure a building permit to bring the
rear stairs into a good, safe condition per State Building Code 780 CMR section 116—Maintenance of
structures. It has been 4 months and you have not complied, nor did you file an Appeal to the Board of
Buildings, Regulations and Standards in Boston. This Right of Appeal was included in the August letter. Each
day the violation exists constitutes another violation. The fines are 50,150 and three hundred for first,second
and third violations.
