directed to hire(within 20 days)a licensed Construction Supervisor,Architect or Engineer to inspect and to
secure a building permit to bring the stairs into good,safe condition structure. The code reference is 780 CMR
section 116 Maintenance of Structures. Failure to correct the deficiencies will be considered a Building cede
violation and will result in daily fines. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order,your Appeal is to the Board
of Buildings,Regulations and Standards in Boston.
