Re: Zoning violations.
Dear Owner,
This Department received a complaint, some time ago ,regarding structures on your property being built too
close to your lot line . Salem Zoning regulations require a five foot set back from the property lines for
Accessory structures .There were several structures clearly violating the set back.
You are directed to contact this office upon receipt of this notice to discuss your plan to bring your property into
Zoning compliance. Failure to address this issue will result in Municipal Code tickets and further enforcement
actions.
If you feel you are aggrieved by my Zoning directive, your right of Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of
Appeals..
