With reference to your letter regarding the alleged breach of"City of Salem Zoning
Ordinance 3.1 allowed uses" whereby you indicate that "such items cannot be
stored on a residential property".
Could you please be more specific as to which part of City of Salem Zoning
Ordinance 3.1 have we violated? On your letter you have mentioned in very
generic terms "vats" and "items" neither of which is prohibited anywhere on the
local legislation you have based your"violation letter".
