Finish to be low-gloss or semi-gloss, to be determined with samples when ready to receive
topcoat.
Work may be done in phases, depending upon weather and worker availability, with hope of completion this fall,
but possibly in spring.
Non-applicable due to no changes in materials or paint.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
