Petitonsr seeks a variance of that requireming to allow the existing 2-way driveway to be used, which is 10.3 feet in width at the street,narrows to 7.5 feet adjacent to a landscaping wall,and opens up to a width of 14.2 feet at the rear,as shown on the Proposed Plot Plan.
