An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Special Permits are required to use a presently vacant portion of the structure and parking lot to operate a used car automobile
dealership specializing in the sale,service,general and body repair of used passanger motor vehicles in this B-2 District. Pursuant to
Section 3.1.4 of the Ordinance(Table of Principal and Accessory Use Regulations); the Board may determine that the adverse effects of
this proposed use will not outweigh its beneficial impacts to the City or the neighborhood in view of the particular characteristics of the site
and proposal under the criteria specified in Section 9.4.2 of the Ordinance. To the extent there is shared parking on the site,with th co-
tenant as shown on the parking plan submitted,applicant also seeks a Special Permit for such shared parking under Section 5.1.7 of the
Ordinance.
For this reason,I am requesting:

constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
