An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Petitioner proposes to subdivide this 1/4 acre parcel into two lots which will be non-comforming as to lot area,frontage,and lot area per
dwelling unit,where one lot will be occupied by the existing 2-family dwelling and the other lot to be occupied a new 2-family dwelling on
the vacant portion the lot,which was once occupied by a dwelling subsequently destroyed by fire. The ZBA approved a variance in 1987
for such construction, but it was never built.
For this reason,I am requesting:

frontage of 100 Ft,(about 40 Ft and 60 Ft will be provided)..

The Undersigned hereby petitions the Board of Appeals to vary the terms of the Salem Zoning Ordinance and allow the project to be
constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.
