It is requested that the following request of Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars and
Zero Cents($7,850.00) from the Dog Park account 24351-4800 be approved for the Salem Park
and Recreation Department for construction of a Wooden Wind Shelter at Dog Park located at 3
Rear Commercial Street, Salem,Massachusetts.Please see the attached drawings and photos.
The residents,the Board that oversees the park and dog owners of Salem recognize and appreciate the City of
Salem's efforts in improving the parks in the community. The Leslie's Retreat Dog Park board has raised and
contributed$2,000 towards the total bill if($9,850.00)
