o Windows and patio door will be replaced with Sunrise Restorations series window and will replicate the
existing style, dimensions and outward appearance. Windows to be brush painted in white to match
previous window trim approval.
o Front and side entry doors will be replaced with Provia entry doors and will replicate the existing style
o No change in color will be made.
Non-applicable due to work not changing the outward appearance of the property.
Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required
to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
