RELEASE OF LIENS
The City of Salem performed emergency services at 20 Federal Street, Unit 20-6, Salem,
Massachusetts, property owned by Ray A. Petre as set forth in Book 1733 , Page 273 in the
Essex South District Registry of Deeds.
On October 4, 2013, the City of Salem caused a lien to be recorded against the property
described herein for the costs associated for emergency services. Said lien was duly recorded in
the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, in Book 32870, Page 199.
Also, on July 18, 2023, the City of Salem caused another lien to be recorded against the
property described herein for the costs associated for harm reduction services. Said lien was
duly recorded in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Instrument 306 in Book 41667,
Page 202.
In consideration of full payment for the work performed and interest, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the City of Salem releases the above-described property and its owner,
and its successors in interest from any and all liability arising from the services for the work
performed at 20 Federal Street, Unit 20-6, Salem, MA. The city, its officers, agents, servants
and employees do hereby authorize and direct that the above-mentioned liens be discharged.
Said liens have been discharged in accordance with M.G.L. c. 139, § 3A.

Thousand a * due from Roy A. Petre, owner of record of the premises at 20
Federal Street, Unit 20-6, Salem, Essex County, Massachusetts as set forth in Book 17333
Page 273 in the Southern Essex District Registry of Deeds. Such debt, which became due on
January 5, 2023 for the purpose of a clean out for Haim Reduction Services, together with
interest of 6% per annum, hereby constitutes a lien upon the land on which said premises are
located this 18a'day of July, 2023
