RELEASE OF LIENS 20 FEDERAL ST UNIT 20-6 /rq CITY OF SALEM RELEASE OF LIENS The City of Salem performed emergency services at 20 Federal Street, Unit 20-6, Salem, Massachusetts, property owned by Ray A. Petre as set forth in Book 1733 , Page 273 in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds. On October 4, 2013, the City of Salem caused a lien to be recorded against the property described herein for the costs associated for emergency services. Said lien was duly recorded in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, in Book 32870, Page 199. Also, on July 18, 2023, the City of Salem caused another lien to be recorded against the property described herein for the costs associated for harm reduction services. Said lien was duly recorded in the Essex South District Registry of Deeds, Instrument 306 in Book 41667, Page 202. In consideration of full payment for the work performed and interest, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the City of Salem releases the above-described property and its owner, and its successors in interest from any and all liability arising from the services for the work performed at 20 Federal Street, Unit 20-6, Salem, MA. The city, its officers, agents, servants and employees do hereby authorize and direct that the above-mentioned liens be discharged.
