C4, E2 and T2 were dispatched to a vehicle on the top floor of the MBTA garage that possibly had a charcoal grill
inside smoking. Peabody PD had an earlier medical with a suicidal patient. They were informed that the patient had at
some point earlier in the night had a lit charcoal grill inside her car with them at the MBTA garage. C4 made his way to
the roof level of the garage and was met by Salem PD. There was a charcoal grill next to the passenger side of the car
with lighter fluid and a charred rubber floor mat. The car was locked with the windows slightly open and an odor of
lighter fluid coming from the windows. The passenger side floor had a small scorch mark but did not extend anywhere
else. it appears that the grill was at one point inside the car, but had been removed by someone at some point prior to
arrival. Photos were taken, and command was terminated.

E2 responded to the MBTA station at 252 Bridge street to assist police with a health and wellness check on a female
patient who was possibly ETOH. PD located the female and stated that she was not ETOH and that there was no
medical emergency. The call was deemed a police matter. No patient contact was made. Command was terminated

E2 responded to the MBTA station located at 252 Bridge street for the malfunctioning elevator. E2 investigated cart
996. The elevator came down when called to the ground level. One member of E2 rode the elevator to the top and
back down with no issue. The elevator appeared to be operating properly. No emergency was present. Command was
terminated and E2 returned in service.

E2 responded to the MBTA station at 252 Bridge street to meet the PTN. E2 attempted to reset the fire alarm system
that was previously activated. The indication on the panel was for a division 3 pull station. The pull station was found
and a reset of the pull station was attempted. Unfortunately the panel would not accept the reset for the pull station.
The PTN was notified that the pull station would likely have to be replaced. E2 silenced the alarm but was unable to
reset the panel. The PTN provided updated keys for the Knox box so responding units can access the fire alarm panel
in the future. Command was then terminated and E2 returned in service.
