This department has received a complaint that the above referenced property has added
And utilizing a second unit. The zoning for this is RI, which is zoned for a single family house.
Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R. Section R 104.1 and under the provisions of 780 CMR,
Section 104.6- Right of Entry, of the State Building Code, access to the property must be
granted for the purpose of this inspection.
This inspection is scheduled for Thursday July, 6" at 10:00 A.M.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter.
Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance, and as such will
result in violations and fines. If you feel aggrieved by the Building code sections, your appeal is
to the Board of Buildings, Regulations and Standards in Boston, Ma.
