• In-kind replacement of bay window off of the kitchen in the very rear of the house (south facing and not visible
from Federal St, Essex St, or any other public ways).
• We will replace the current bay window with Marvin window that has the same dimensions, roofing, and trim
(including same white color). o The current bay window (which dates to 1980s-90s) is leaking and leading to problems with bugs.
Non-applicable due to work being in-kind replacement.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
